Membership
Individuals can become a member of nationwide network of note buyers and joint venture partners. We work exclusively with our members on joint venture deals on both residential and commercial real estate all across the country. Membership not only gives you access to our resources, vendors, and nationwide contacts, but it also gives you exclusive access to notes that we are selling off of our own portfolio or helping our ever growing list of banks that we move product for. Along with our own deals, we also help our members identify and negotiate problem assets in their own markets and help them raise and acquire funding sources for their own deals.
Classes
We offer a two and three day, hands on training class (Note Buying For Dummies) on how individual investors and real estate agents can learn how to purchase defaulted notes for their own portfolio. Topics in this two day class include scripts, marketing, time blocking, building a team, note evaluation, marketing, raising private funds, exit strategies, contracts, and performing due diligence. The class is approved in Texas for 15 hours of MCE if you are a Texas real estate agent, and sponsored by First American Title Company.
